Training

Ross is an engaging and experienced trainer. He has been designing and conducting training courses on applying Quality, Safety and Productivity to this industry, both in construction and in maintenance since 1995.

Ross has experience providing training to large groups of up to 200 people as well as facilitating small workshop sized sessions and one-to-one mentoring programs. Ross has developed numerous tools which he implements in his training programs and can provide both “out of the box” training programs or fully customised programs tailored to each projects’ specifications.

Alignment

Alignment training is an important first step in achieving outstanding results in productivity, safety and quality.

A team cannot be successful if it has divided loyalties or divided goals.

Alignment training is designed to align the team around Vision, Values and Behaviours and to develop aligned goals.

Soft Skills

Soft Skills training sessions focus on four specific connected areas.

It is an all encompassing training program drawing on Ross’ decades of experience in the civil construction industry and addressing leadership, teamwork, alignment, management and emotional intelligence.
